All orders must be paid before we ship goods. Orders are sent directly to staff with any specific dimensions, materials and special requests noted.
Orders are subject to our acceptance with the issuance of an order acknowledgement.
Order acknowledgements are final and binding and subsequent requests for changes are subject to charges and our ability to supply.
If a cancellation request is received before an order is sent, a refund can be issued at the discretion of the representative of Schutties Industries.
Goods may be returned for a full refund or credit or exchange subject to the following conditions:
You must contact Schutties Industrial by telephone or email to arrange for return and refund requests. Returns (or notice of intention to return ) will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Items must be in as new condition. Schutties Industrial reserves the right to refuse the return of any goods if they appear used or are damaged in any way.
The original Schutties Industrial invoice supplied with the goods must be produced for verification.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
A restocking / handling fee may be charged on some items
Goods can be returned or exchanged personally at Schutties Industrial Branch, see Locations, or returned by carrier freight prepaid by you.
Goods must be securely packed to avoid damage during return.
Damaged goods must be advised by phone or email within two days of receipt otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
